These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of prosopoi (the “Service”, at prosopoi.com and related domains), operated by FatCouple OÜ (“FatCouple”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private limited company established in Estonia.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
prosopoi turns episodes into searchable, per-person creator sites and supports fan subscriptions and optional AI features. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of it at any time, with or without notice.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

When you submit suggestions, tags, votes, comments, or other content (“Contributions”), you grant FatCouple OÜ a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and otherwise use your Contributions in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence. We may review, moderate, edit, or remove any Contribution, and decide whether and how it appears, at our sole discretion.
Creators who connect content represent and warrant that they own or control all rights to that content, including any third-party material it contains, and grant us the licences needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party platform.
The Service — including its software, design, text, and branding (other than your Contributions and creator content) — is owned by FatCouple OÜ and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Paid plans and fan subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Stripe, subject to their terms. Fees, platform fees, and caps are as described at the point of purchase and may change on a prospective basis. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and Amazon Web Services). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatCouple OÜ and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FatCouple OÜ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Contributions, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia for any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
We reserve the right to interpret and explain these Terms and any rules or policies relating to the Service. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding their meaning, our interpretation will prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our prior written consent.
